Responsible for Business Applications and Development for International Paper's Building Materials Group (Masonite, Decorative Products, Wood Products). I.P. had $30B in income with over 100,000 employees. It operated in the packaging, paper, timber, chemicals and building materials sectors.* Managed the IT portions of the IP divestiture of Masonite. Duties include building risk abatement plans, staffing, transition plans, interfacing with IP IT Corporate / prospective buyer, collecting detailed information required for the due diligence efforts, etc. I worked directly with the General Managers and senior directors of Masonite for 6 months.* My normal responsibilties included managing the SAP team, the intranet team, database team, e-Commerce team, 2 legacy support teams and the Lotus Notes team.* Aggressively managed budgets and Saved over $250,000 and negotiated a rebate of over $480,000 from corporate IT* Resonsible for 4 budgets totaling about $5.5 million

Designed systems for a fulfillment warehouse while working for Procter and Gamble. Designed and implemented an integrated order, inventory, shipping, and production system. Integrated the system with the UPS system. The system is still in use today.
