I live and breathe influence as a third-generation consultant with Klassen Performance Group. As soon as I could address envelopes, I helped with the company. Dinner time conversations revolved around helping our clients become the heroes of their organizations. Influence isn't about what you say; it's about the impact you have. I help established and aspiring leaders make an impact through courses, coaching, webinars, and keynotes. After graduating with a degree in psychology from St. Olaf and a handful of internships later, my work has moved from addressing mailers and binding workbooks to working with over 500 leaders in fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and small businesses. Industries ranging from wireless and tech to medical device companies, energy, and construction. No matter the industry or the position, you need influence! I teach my clients how to build a bridge between having an exceptional idea and getting the "yes" they need to run with it. It can be draining when your ideas aren't heard or your team isn't reaching their full potential. I work with people who need to motivate their team, drive results, advance their careers, and fine-tune their emotional intelligence. When I'm not consulting, I enjoy fire dancing, learning Spanish, painting mushrooms, backpacking, and volunteering in the mental health field.
