Migrasia is a social venture striving to promote ethical awareness in the Hong Kong employment agency market. The purpose of the venture was to enable migrant workers and local employers to rate and review employment agencies to naturally filter out unethical and illegally operating agencies. My roles and responsibilities included: - Training and leading new teams to properly handle equipment, answer inquiries and to record data. - Developing social media content which included generating weekly videos and info-graphics to support Migrasia’s exposure and message.

SAFE is a student led initiative which aims to fight against Hong Kong’s long-standing employment agency black market. We represent the rights of both migrant domestic workers and their employers, who have been victimised by illegal and unethical employment agency practices (eg. Charging high illegal fees, withholding passports).My roles and responsibilities included:- Leading and training migrant workers to investigate employment agencies.- Creating and executing media strategies through web design, social media and video creation- Managing and building stakeholder relationships, including non government organisations, media outlets and legal representatives
