• Provide first customer point of contact at MBO Partners • Educate new customers about MBO Partners background and program offerings• Provide consultations on available program options to customers in order for the correct decisions to be made• Use effective communication skills to interpret customers’ needs and wants, and then translate them into company program offerings • Facilitate new hire paperwork by ensuring the customer understands what is required and answer any on boarding questions• Build long lasting relationships with customers in order to help customer retention• Train customers on how to navigate MBO’s proprietary online system• Perform reviews of customer payrolls in order to ensure customer satisfaction with the program

Mbo Partners

• Provide operational business support and a high level of customer service to an assigned group of professional consultants working at domestic and international client sites• Respond to and resolve issues relating to time, expense reimbursement, payroll, billing, employee benefits, retirement, and other related items• Negotiate & execute contracts in support of Consultants’ business objectives with clients• Establish and maintain positive working relationships through developing credibility and rapport• Educate and communicate to Consultants complex HR, legal, financial & system transactions as they occur• Utilize the proprietary online system to process transactions and identify issues proactively• Audit and reconcile online reports to ensure consultant accounts accurately reflect billing & payroll objectives• Serve as advocate internally to ensure outstanding issues are managed and resolved promptly as well as serve the interests of assigned Consultants• Gain an in-depth knowledge of business needs in order to provide a positive experience for the Consultants
