I was also accountable for assisting the AVP of Enterprise Business Systems Services (EBSS) throughout the entire project cycle.I proactively managed an array of daily operations for the EBSS Workday Helpdesk, reported metrics to the EBSS AVP, and allocated 150 tickets per month to team members for prompt resolution. I played a pivotal role in selecting vendors and gathering requirements and developed the Statement of Work (SOW) for four sites. Additionally, I supervised the Workday Learning System (HR & Finance) across all nine colleges by creating new user accounts and billing each college for registration expenses. I functioned as the Head Admin and managed two Executive Committees, namely the Business Financial Administration Committee (BFAC) and the Workday Leadership Governance Committee (WLGC) across all colleges.
