Solution delivery is accomplished using a combination of both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum and Kanban) methodologies.• Managing team of Technology Business Systems Associates, Analytic Consultants, and Operations Systems Engineers responsible for all user support and level three production support activities for one of Wells Fargo’s largest Data Warehouse applications.• Created capacity planning application for the broader warehouse team. The application allows for creation of a resource plan for all team members and roll up for team capacity planning ensuring proper resource allocation across Admin, Core, Enhancement, and Project activities. It provides view into availability versus demand by team, role, project type, and project status as well as other filtering needs.• Worked with the user and production support team to stand up the JIRA Service Desk application as well migrated the team to Agile methodologies using Kanban. These techniques, along with other process changes and better resource utilization, have seen the team’s response time increase significantly.• Currently migrating project teams to Agile methodologies using Scrum.• Enhanced relationships across all teams providing user and production support to the warehouse by implementing various information sharing and process improvement calls each week.• Partner with senior leaders to assist them in providing various resource and project views across the teams. • Interview, hire, and train additional resources to ensure seamless coverage across teams. Multiple peers have noted our successful onboarding and training activities as well as documentation.
