About Mitchell Johnson

I am a software engineer with experience in factory automation and high-performance phased arrays. I spent two years supporting the startup of a new robotic wing assembly system at Boeing. During that time I diagnosed and resolved machine issues on nights and weekends, implemented process improvements on the factory floor, developed a web application for product verification monitoring and prototyped a computer vision aid for tool inspections. I am interested in software engineering work in the field of autonomous systems. In December 2020 I completed a Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UW with a focus on this topic.
