Adapted a curriculum originally designed for MS Engineering students to PhD students and Post-Doctorate employees across all colleges at Northeastern University. Curriculum consists of leadership topics ranging from public speaking and conflict resolution to courage and ethics. The course challenges students to think on their feet in a Field Leadership Reaction Course and consistently pushes them outside their comfort zones with in-class team exercises.
