My name is John Sorci and I'm a Designer and motion artist in the Chicago area. I take on any creative project I can get my hands on, from 3D, to web & design, even crafts! I'm very passionate about design and motion, and have had many great experiences with it. I've worked with a wide range of clients on all kinds of projects including Google, Youtube, GM, Ford, La-Z-Boy and more.The world around me inspires me, and creativity is what drives me. My energy comes from my art, not from coffee! I'm an avid collector of animation related things, from art books to figurines. My goal is to one day have a John Lasseter room! (If you are a Pixar geek you'll know what that means, if you don't just Google it.)I'm a graduate from the Miami University of Art & Design with a BFA in Computer Animation, and I'm currently a Studio Motion Designer for Hook Studios in Ann Arbor.Specialties: Skilled with computer applications such as: Maya, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, website coding using HTML & CSS, CMS, JQuery & JavaScript.
