Over the years I have built on my knowledge on how best to support my clients. This is done through understanding their needs and goals, then working towards this together.My skills have been constantly developing, straight out of school I hit the I.T. scene, starting a I.T. support traineeship in schools. From there I progressed into a support role with the national Coles group. It gave me an insight into a more fast paced KPI driven environment. I next got the opportunity to work with Acer computers. My experience gained at Acer lead to my current position with Solution One/Edunet.
