I believe that a great team of people is the key to an organization's success. I have over 20 years experience managing people, their personalities, and their talents. I have led individuals and teams to better themselves within organizations. I have had great success in designing and managing workflows that eliminate waste and the potential for error. This includes transactional and manufacturing based workflows. The results are a lean environment that ensures quality output in a timely manner, leading to customer satisfaction. My experience in managing workflows have pushed me further upstream, to the customer, in order to realize better efficiencies through the entire supply chain. My experience in operating within the supply chain has given me a more rounded view of overall manufacturing and logistics.
