Lead and develop people My Career & Major Achievements• I have enjoyed a successful career in aviation at Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Honeywell and Gulfstream during which I have developed a demonstrated track record in Business Program Management, Engineering and Customer Support. • I successfully directed the Honeywell TFE731 engine program management team with annual revenue of $700M. This involved driving the team to meet both production delivery targets and aftermarket maintenance, parts & overhaul sales.• In my role as Customer / Technical Support Manager at both P&WC and Honeywell I have developed and driven processes (through lean principals) which have successfully improved product reliability, yielded new business (sales), while at the same time reduced cost of operation and provided improved operational margins for the company. I developed and implemented the first P&WC progressive maintenance plan for the JT15D in cooperation with NETJETS.• I have led cross functional teams in successful engine proposal efforts, the latter for the PW306 engine on the Dornier 328 jet.
