Delivering highest quality litigation support for an international court transcription and financial print company: a mixed role managing the production of extremely accurate verbatim transcripts, quality control, and dealing with external clients, plus managing a small team of couriers. The role required meticulous attention to detail, refining processes and maintaining strict client confidentiality.• My role later progressed into project management, and I was operations lead on a large scale project to analyse voice recognition software from a technical, business, legal, and future-proofing perspective. Also developed a new high-speed system for digitisation of court tapes, cutting process time in half.• Other recent projects included producing training manuals for client software, and researching andanalysing an external company prior to a successful co-branding project.
