At TSI I wear many hats; mainly special projects architecture and development, but I am called in by support mainly to give the "techy" answers that the support team cannot answer and the other developers would have a hard time "coming down" to the end user's level.Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) is a leader in data analytics and benchmarking that drive daily clinical and operational decisions. Continue to develop the GoldMine CRM product, working with internal, partners and end users to deliver an excellent product. I work on all areas of the product, but my specialty is enhancing the GoldMine API sets.

Engaged with a wide range of clients to develop their e-commerce sites and their web presence and other internet needs. Developed the core of the Maestro Commerce system, based on Microsoft technologies such as VB, SQL Server.Many of the sites that I developed are still in existence today using the same core code written, 10 years later, such as boathouse.com, and bulbs.com

Developed custom web sites and systems for clients based in the Chicago area. Worked directly with the management team to grow the business.

Developed work flow systems for pre-press.Implemented a web interface for clients to upload their many graphic files and automate the job creation system based on data entered. Created interface to accounting and CRM systems.Performed pre-press operations such as manipulation of images using Adobe tools.
