I then design and develop a comprehensive, orchestrated change strategy that spans impact assessments, executive and stakeholder engagement, communications, training, risk management and adoption metrics. I look for innovative approaches to address the gaps and risks found in any initiative as well as taking a programmatic approach to improve efficiencies on those initiatives that are long-term.
