Assist with creating process improvements for the optimization of the Professional Services department.

Lead Professional Services Software Engineering Team in development of custom solutions for clients. Build some of the more complex ones, as well as help architect applications. Perform code reviews as well as give general technical feedback/guidance. Design and implement multi-tenant scalable applications to be reused for different clients.

Work closely with rest of Professional Services department in order to most efficiently implement customers into the BULLHORN environment. Integrate such customers with other systems they use, such as, but not limited to, SalesForce, PAM, OpenAir, Peoplesoft. Develop and utilize SOAP and/or REST web services in order to integrate data between systems on different networks as well as utilize open-source data. Investigate and use new technologies, including JavaScript libraries, new web database technologies (such as MongoDB), and back-end data-oriented technologies. Basically perform whatever is necessary with whatever tools are available freely on the internet in order to implement the customer efficiently and exactly.

Write JAVA EE and Spring along with other technologies as needed to integrate client's other systems and/or desires into Bullhorn.

Write and edit reports for clients using MS SQL queries, jQuery, and some JAVA SE. Use Bullhorn software to post, view, and edit reports utilizing several different methods. Occasionally write/edit reports with Coldfusion.
