As Founder of the Paracor Initiative I defined the scope of the project in collaboration with coordinators of disability programs located across Canada. Led project staff and dedicated volunteers in developing and implementing a plan and strategy to grow this initiative.Monitored progress of the project and made adjustments to ensure its successful growth. Reviewed the content provided by partner organizations on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the requirements of the project.Creating visibility for Paracor by representing the initiative on numerous local, provincial, and national projects and events.

Over 6 years of marketing, communications and operations experience working as a founder, partner, operational lead and market researcher. As well, I have extensive knowledge in the area of accessibility. As a consultant i have worked on projects in Canada, USA, UK, Europe, and Australia. The experiences I'd like to highlight include: - Working with a client to launch and manage a gym and its instructors at a University - Researching and developing consumer personas for a startup that delivers daily CRM insights to your email - Working with an international team to develop an operational design proposal, business requirements document and supporting documentation- Handling day-to-day communications for an online audio collaboration software startupMy current consulting work includes: - Writing support documentation, develop Gitlab wiki pages and create SQL records for an in-house CMS platform - Developing content for two startups: one relating to a fitness social media application, and the other for a Travel Destination application- Assisting with the rollout of an online fitness store and assisting fitness product shipping and virtual classes

Assisted the Ombudsman with disputes arising between members of the Carleton University community on and off campus. Developed new analysis framework and data-reporting for more efficient analysis and management of office statistics. Revised the content on the Ombuds website to better present the functions of the office; also incorporated Carleton University’s standard look. Implemented new authorization and security procedures for Carleton student association elections and referendums and replicated these for elections at the Carleton’s independent newspaper – The Charlatan.
