Code For Fun ProgramProject Management• Overall in charge of operations of the Code for Fun program which covers all Primary schools in Singapore.• Responsible for managing over 60 trainers for the implementation of the program. This includes the management and deployment of the trainers concurrently to all Primary schools.• Managed the logistics of the Code for Fun and Lab on Wheels program which includes the maintenance and regular checks of an inventory consisting of more than 1000 items• Planned and coordinated the schedules of all Primary schools in Singapore.Stakeholder Management• Overall in charge of liaising with all Primary schools which includes conducting visits and consultations to the schools to help the schools better understand the program.• Helped the program achieve over 90% satisfaction rate Training and Facilitation• Assistant Master Trainer for the Code for Fun Program. Over 60 trainers have been trained on classroom management techniques, facilitation skills and computational thinking concepts.• Facilitated workshops (ranging from half an hour to 10 hour lessons) for students in primary, secondary and SPED schools across Singapore. These include home-schooled students as well.

Lab On Wheels ProgramStakeholder Management• Liaised with external stakeholders for community events which includes consultation, meetings and sharing of IMDA Lab on Wheels program. Stakeholders include Apple, Peoples Association (PA), Temasek Polytechnic (TP), National Library Board (NLB), Starhub, Hewlett Packard (HP), Singapore Discovery Centre (SDC) and more.• Overall in charge of working with Special Education schools and organizations for PWDs to achieve the outcomes of exciting students about technology through workshops and showcasing innovative and new technology. This includes conducting visits and consultation with the schools to better understand the needs of the students• Implemented and planned strategies for IMDA Lab on Wheels to reach out to Special Education Schools and organizations for People with disabilities • Engaged and liaised with external stakeholders and partners such as Apple, SG Enable and SPD on assistive technology and devices for people with disabilities.Training and Facilitation• Master Trainer on Special Education for the IMDA Lab on Wheels Team. • Curated and facilitated workshops and programs for members of the public ranging from 4-70 years old. This includes topics on robotics, 3D modelling, computational thinking and programming concepts.• Facilitated and guided members of the public and government officials on showcases about new and emerging technology which centered around Immersive Media, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cyber Security and Computer science. • Headed and conducted teacher’s training workshops for teachers and staff of Special Education schools• Planned and curated customized workshops for Special Education Schools as well as organizations. These organizations include: Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN), Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS), Movement for the Intellectual Disabled of Singapore (MINDS), Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) and more.
