Property Centric provides custom-built, local search engines for multifamily property management websites and portal. I actually began working at Resite IT my senior year at Indiana University, and was involved with the company since the begining. Although the first couple years were pretty lean, we really began to hit our stride around 2004. In early 2007 the company was acquired by Dominion Enterprises, the parent company of For Rent Magazine. The transition was great and really helped reenergize everyone involved. Resite IT was rebranded as Resite Online, in late 2007. To this day, it is the industry standard for online resident tools and website design.
