Built and led new team to develop optimal, strategic 2020 network design and strategy for rapidly growing South America region. Sold in proposal to HQ and South America leadership to take modeling capability developed in U.S. and apply to South America. Led center and local teams to develop project plans, gather data, conduct As-Is assessment, and define optimal network alternatives to grow production, distribution, and GTM networks.

Applied Lean principles and external discovery, and developed new, end-to-end supply chain costing methodologies to develop transformational supply chain alternatives for FLNA business, resulting in radical, new concept for finished goods supply chain from plant to store shelf.
