I practice environmental and natural resources law, real estate law, land use and zoning, and commercial law, with an emphasis on civil and administrative litigation. I work with property owners to secure entitlements from local, state and federal governments and agencies, including Florida's Water Management Districts, the Department of Environmental Protection, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and the United States Corps of Engineers. Additionally, I regularly defend environmental resource permits and state land authorizations in administrative proceedings before the Division of Administrative Hearings. I work with property owners and developers in the Brownfields/infill development space to redevelop contaminated properties and to secure financial incentives for doing so. Finally, I have significant experience in waterfront development of commercial and industrial facilities, as well as residential developments. I am admitted to the Florida, Georgia, and Alabama state bars, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia.
