As part of the creation of the State Trauma Plan, coordinated with the 10 state EMS regions which included local government agencies and hospital leadership to create and fund 10 coordinating Regional Trauma Advisory Committees. Developed contract measurables with each region as part of the funding for regional trauma related planning and activities. Worked with leadership from each Regional Trauma Advisory Committee to create 10 regional trauma plans. Coordinated the integration of each regional trauma plan into an all-inclusive State Trauma Plan. Responsible for budgetary oversight of plan development and implementation activities and quarterly reporting to appointed State of Georgia Commissioners for all activities along with annual reporting to representatives from the state House of Representative and Senate. Also provided Annual Budget and Activities Report to the Governor’s Office of Budget and Planning.
