Executive level position responsible for managing a 15 surgeon surgical center partnership between Hughston Clinic and HCA Healthcare. Reorganized the partnership, brought in additional surgeons, recommended new center management and recommended cost saving procedures which resulted in three consecutive years of annual surgical volume increases turning around previous years' losses of up to $100,000. Brought the center to reach sustained profitability in 2020 during the height of the Covid pandemic and was able to facilitate distributions to the partners in 2020 for the first time in over three years.

Responsible for development and growth of Hughston Trauma Service program and increased annual trauma contract values from $3 million per year to $15 million per year while maintaining budgetary oversight of the program. Responsible for tripling the number of trauma service line locations and more than doubling the number of employed orthopedic trauma surgeons. Oversight of ten trauma clinics and employees. Created new trauma site start-up protocols which included procuring clinic locations, lease agreements, staffing, licensure, and health department certification. Developed contract KPIs and data driven metrics for use as contract deliverables.

Responsible for coordinating with both state and local government agencies to create a State Trauma Plan. Created from scratch and staffed the Georgia Trauma Communications Center, a first of its kind state communications center responsible for tracking service line availability at all of the state's trauma centers and over 100 other local hospitals. Worked with statewide Fire and EMS agencies to ensure real time, on-scene communication capability with the Communications Center for the purpose of allowing EMS to access the current status of trauma center availability. Worked with local government agencies and emergency managers, Department of Public Heath, GEMA, and FEMA to ensure the integration of the Communications Center into local and statewide emergency response plans and training. Responsible for the budgetary oversight of the Communications Center and 12 full time personnel. As part of the creation of the State Trauma Plan, coordinated with the 10 state EMS regions which included local government agencies and hospital leadership to create and fund 10 coordinating Regional Trauma Advisory Committees. Developed contract measurables with each region as part of the funding for regional trauma related planning and activities. Worked with leadership from each Regional Trauma Advisory Committee to create 10 regional trauma plans. Coordinated the integration of each regional trauma plan into an all-inclusive State Trauma Plan. Responsible for budgetary oversight of plan development and implementation activities and quarterly reporting to appointed State of Georgia Commissioners for all activities along with annual reporting to representatives from the state House of Representative and Senate. Also provided Annual Budget and Activities Report to the Governor’s Office of Budget and Planning.

Worked as a Firefighter/EMT for a large suburban fire and EMS Department. Selected as an inaugural member of the Special Tactics and Rescue Unit. Served in a supervisory position at the station level and was responsible for ensuring station level training for all assigned personnel. Provided public safety education, CPR and First Aid courses to the general public as well as private businesses. Conducted fire safety inspections of commercial properties and assisted with fire safety and emergency evacuation planning. Completed 20+ FEMA independent study programs in the areas of Emergency Management, and Emergency Preparedness and Response. Received certifications including Public Fire Educator, AHA Basic Life Support and First Aid

Responsible for the collection and analysis of signals intelligence. Responsible providing reporting of analysis to combat and strategic planners. Volunteered for deployment in support of Operation Joint Endeavor/Joint Guard 1996-1997. While on deployment, as a junior enlisted soldier was given the responsibility of managing the signals intelligence department of the Army Europe theatre level intelligence center providing intelligence analysis and reporting to leadership responsible for all troops deployed as a part of the Bosnian peacekeeping mission.
