My role at Investors Bank is to create sales opportunities from existing and prospective clients. The primary focus is developing relationships with attorneys and accountants. Sales will be generated by promoting Investors Bank's products to fulfill banking needs. Affiliations with related businesses and organizations in the market are essential to my success. ➳ Manage an assigned book of business - retain and grow relationships in the book and acquire referrals from clients in the book ➳ Attend various conventions and trade organizations meetings to promote the Bank ➳Manage NJ State Bar and NJ CPA annual sponsorships ➳ Manage sponsorships with regional managers and business bankers. ➳Take a leadership position in COIs and establish relationships with respect to cross-referral of business ➳ Assist Senior Management with the evaluation of our products, services, policies and procedures and recommend changes as needed. Assist in the development of new products/services and assist with of advisory board recommendations. ➳ Coach branch personnel on professional services products and accompany them on attorney and CPA prospect calling efforts. ➳ See CLE, CPE quarterly sponsorship opportunities training offering to legal and accounting firms.
