Process, Exploit, and Disseminated (PED) analysis and reporting on various GEOINT data sets including but not limited to the following: Electro-optical (EO), Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), Multi-Spectral Imaging (MSI), Hyperspectral Imaging (HSI), and Thermal Infrared (TIR) imagery; assembled and quality controlled GIS products and assisted in consolidating them into actionable information; analyzed up to date information to identify and assess risks to friendly forces in support of counter homemade explosives operations; Analyzed complex datasets to support end customer’s requests; Utilized SQL and Python scripting to expedite processing and turn products around within an hour of receiving information; deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Resolute Support (Nov 2020 – May 2021)

Supported the IT team to accomplish necessary tasks, resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, facilitate new processes, revise existing and develop new SOPs, and provided solutions to maintain and enhance the program mission. Conducted periodic software, configuration, and licensing audits, and forwarding the results of these audits to the Software Manager. Provided baseline technical support for software used in workflows, including the entire image processing chain and GEOINT production. Worked within the Systems Engineering & Integration Configuration Management framework to submit Problem Reports and Enterprise Change Requests to resolve problems and drive new technology solutions for the project. Propose, create, and test operational software configurations and improved workflows for GIS systems, workstations, and back-end servers.

Researched and prepared geospatial products to support the combat commander; completed complex analysis of excel datasets and other terrain related information; conducted advanced terrain analysis and topographic visual aids through use of ESRI ArcGIS suite and SocetGXP; Utilized SQL and Python scripting to create toolsets that autorun repetitive tasks; Advised end customers and commanders on best course of action based on research findings.
