My specific specialisation was in architectural history, specifically of the first three decades of the 18th century. I travelled in October 2014 with the 'Wine Dark Sea — Sicily'​ tour. I devised, researched, and delivered a course of six sessions in the Faculty of the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music and the Victorian College of the Arts' Term 3 public short course series. The course was intended to introduce participants to the music of the Baroque period and covered such topics as cultural, social and religious history of the period; the role of patrons and the concert-going public; developments in form; and the development of instruments. Works surveyed ranged from the late 16th century until the final decades of the 18th century.

I offered this course again in 2013.

Duties included leading choir rehearsals, choosing and directing the music for Sunday's High Mass and Evensong services and for other services as required through the liturgical year, in close co-operation with the clergy and organist and with respect to liturgical needs. I also directed a number of independent concerts in the course of each year featuring the choir.
