- Continously drove the ongoing validation effort of new and existing pharmaceutical products through pilot scale-up and full-scale production of commercial bulk and packaging including over ten products - Conducted investigations into root causes for process deviations in packaging and manufacturing processes - Supported a cross functional team of internal and external customers who are responsible for specification, design, organization, installation, testing, and training for a new $1.6MM high speed bottle filling line resulting in over $1 million in annual savings including a filler, bottle unscrambler and cleaner, labeler, laser coder, vision inspection system, checkweigher, stretchwrapper, and case packing equipment - Drafted and reviewed specifications for new capital equipment purchases - Controlled and reviewed AutoCAD drawings for new capital equipment - Led our team of runners at the GHI Workforce Challenge, May 2007

- Led a team of engineers who are responsible for organization, support, and maintenance of cost reduction projects on gas turbine systems resulting in over $11 million in savings - Analyzed budgeting and purchasing for equipment to account for year to year cost savings - Supported process automation projects within the cost reduction program

- Led a team of operators and maintenance personnel to maintain and improve the water deionization and treatment process for copper foil production - Developed safety training documentation for water process areas and trained manufacturing personnel - Coordinated with maintenance, operations, and contractors to complete piping replacement and structural upgrade for water processes during plant-wide shutdown in 2000 - Conducted trials and experiments on waste reduction equipment - Qualified nickel-bearing rinses for water treatment process via lab testing and process trials - Modified process pump configuration to incur an annual maintenance cost reduction of $25,000 - Coordinated upgrade of water deionization process PLC program (Allen Bradley PLC-5) - Installed and configured equipment to enable statistical and control analysis of water treatment process
