We each face challenges in our lives and sometimes we may need extra help. I use a team approach with my clients to help them successfully overcome their challenges and meet their goals using effective and evidence-based techniques. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over six years of clinical experience and my passion in therapy is to help individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and with others in healthy ways. My approach is eclectic, including cognitive therapy, mindfulness training, existential therapy, humanistic therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT), and expressive art. While I have specific knowledge and training, my clients are the experts on their own lives. I believe each of us has an inner wisdom and I help my clients access theirs in a safe and supportive environment.
