I support the disability attorney by ordering medical records from clients, sending documentation to insurance companies in support of an an STD/LTD administrative appeal, drafting ERISA lawsuits, scheduling court deadlines, and answering questions from current and potential clients. I am also case administrator for the STD/LTD clients who have concurrent Social Security cases. I support my attorney in these cases by making sure there is a current fee agreement and appointment of representative form is on file with Social Security and by keeping clients abreast of upcoming medical examinations and hearings. For the VA cases, I order medical records, answer questions from clients, and upload case documents to the VA's website. I liaise with other law offices in our pro hac vice cases to make sure they have the opening case documents and are registered with the appropriate e-file platform.

I helped support the day-to-day operations of the court by recording events during court sessions and assisted the judge, other staff members, and other attorneys as needed. I also prepared and sent approved documents to attorneys, defendants, and other agencies in the State of Indiana to ensure proper disposition of cases.

I supported various offices of Liberty Mutual by writing legal documents in support of insurance litigation.

I was employed by Chenega Applied Solutions to teach English to in-coming students in the F-15 program at King Abdulaziz Air Base. I taught using the American Language Curriculum, used by the Defense Language Institute English Language Center, and also assisted in performing administrative duties as needed, including materials development and assessment logistics.

During this time, I earned my CELTA at Teaching House in Chicago.

I was employed by ASE, a subsidiary of Booz Allen Hamilton, to teach English at the King Fahd Naval Academy in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. I taught the same curriculum used by the Defense Language Institute English Language Center. In addition to teaching English, as the Deputy Test Control Coordinator, I assisted the Test Control Coordinator in preparing and scoring placement tests and book tests and executed these tasks independently when the Test Control Coordinator was unavailable. In late-2013, I was promoted to Test Control Coordinator. I had the overall responsibility for preparing, scheduling, supervising, and scoring ALC Book Quizzes for over 200 students at 2-3 week intervals. I also administer the ALCPT to individuals and groups as mandated by the Head of the English Department.

I taught Conversational English to first year students. I also assisted with after school activities when needed.

I taught English to students looking to matriculate into the BBA Program at the university once they were proficient in English.

I taught at the American Language Center in Kenitra, Morocco as part of my graduate school internship. I taught four different classes six days a week. Each class had an observation by the center director.

I taught English to various levels and and nationalities of students. I worked at the Indianapolis and Dubai branches of this school.

I was an officer in the Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio National Guard during this time. I also served in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2003-2004. I resigned and was honorably discharged in 2006

My first position was in Citizen's Complaints. I interviewed people who wanted to file criminal charges and made recommendations to the screening prosecutor. I moved to the paralegal position for a misdeameanor court in addition to traffic court. I handled discovery, filed motions, obtain laboratory results in drug cases and worked as liasion between civlians, law enforcement and the prosecutor's office. I did the same kind of work when I was promoted to a felony court paralegal position which is the one I had when I resigned from the office.
