With almost 20 years experience in the legal and recruitment sectors, I manage talent acquisition at Harrison Drury Solicitors, a leading law firm in the North West of England. I oversee the full cycle of internal recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and offering contracts. I also support the HR team with employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development initiatives. Previously, I was a Managing Recruitment Consultant at Hays, where I led a team of consultants covering Lancashire and Cumbria, and specialised in the recruitment of construction professionals. Prior to that I worked as a specialist legal recruiter for Service Care Solutions, covering a client-base across the North of England.Prior to Recruitment, I worked as a CILEX qualified Paralegal in various areas of law, including banking and finance, employment litigation, property and housing. I am passionate about finding and retaining the best talent for Harrison Drury, and contributing to its mission of making it possible for its clients, colleagues, and communities. I am also committed to continuous learning and professional development, and to bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the team
