Assisted the Figure 8 team to manage promotional materials for a large national client. Helped manage the production of monthly direct-mail catalogs, self-mailers and postcards, along with the creation of in-store display and informational pieces.

Manager of projects from inception to completion, ultra-organized to ensure account satisfaction and service excellence. Leader of day-to-day management and optimization of weekly flyers for a key national brand, assessing and managing client needs, determining goals and coordinating a weekly publication. Managed the workflow and scheduling of online, print and graphic projects for an internal creative department that grew to include six Designers, two Writers, two Account Managers and one Traffic Coordinator. Served as a main point of contact between the creative team and internal clients. Initiated and maintained an online project management tool (Basecamp), which provided the department and internal clients visibility to workflow, deadlines and priorities. Worked with the Education Department to facilitate the complete overhaul of curriculum for the client’s largest brand, encompassing dozens of manuals and classroom materials. Trained and mentored the Traffic Coordinator position.
