The scope of the change included data asset migration, as well as new business intelligence (MS Power BI) and artificial intelligence (MS 365 Copilot) adoption. - Designed and facilitated the process and data gathering tools used to identify business use cases with over 20 departments and their data super users. - Led the leadership alignment and communication activities with the VPs responsible for the impacted departments including monthly updates and use case review presentations.Led the development of the organizational change management strategy and plan for the pilot soft launch of a new product lifecycle management application (Siemens Teamcenter) for a global manufacturer of household and specialty batteries and portable lighting products. - Developed and implemented stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, communication and engagement plan, and training plan.Led the change management activities for the HR and Finance functions of a major food manufacturer in support of a strategic divestiture spin-off. - Developed and executed detailed communications, training, engagement, and knowledge transfer plans for SpinCo go-live in support of 150 HR and Finance staff in the US, Canada and Mexico. Led delivery of an organizational change management strategy and plan for a large aerospace and defense contractor implementing new portfolio and project management tools impacting approximately 27,000 employees.
