Leader of Centric’s Enterprise Applications & Solutions (EAS) practice, which focuses on both cloud and on premise solutions from Oracle and Microsoft. Although enterprise solutions have historically been very difficult to implement, I really enjoy solving tough problems that provide business value.Before joining Centric I worked at Accenture for over 20 years delivering large scale ERP solutions primarily around Oracle products. My engagements were across various industries including utilities, manufacturing, distribution, financial services and government. These projects required a significant amount of business transformation, process improvement and org change management. On several of my projects I was leading more than 100 resources to deliver on very challenging requirements.The skills learned from being an Accenture Partner helped me to be a leader in Centric. Although my responsibilities are much broader as the EAS Practice lead, I have the opportunity to share Centric’s incredible culture with our clients and our people. We put client interests ahead of our own and treat employees like our extended family. We value long term personal relationships and strive to create unmatched experiences.Since joining Centric, I have enjoyed coaching my son in multiple sports. As his skills have recently outgrown my experience level, our family now enjoys watching him play around the Midwest to pursue his passion.
