As an Instructional Designer and Tech Support Analyst at East Carolina University College of Nursing, I apply my MS in Instructional Technology and my Graduate Certificates in Instructional Design in Adult Education and Distance Learning and Administration to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective online courses and programs. I also provide technical support and troubleshooting for faculty, staff, and students using various learning platforms and tools. With over 8 years of work experience in education and technology, I have acquired skills such as active listening, presentations, and communication, which enable me to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure quality and accessibility of online learning. My mission is to enhance the learning experience and outcomes of adult learners in the nursing field, and to contribute to the advancement of the College of Nursing and ECU. I am passionate about exploring new technologies and pedagogies, and I am always eager to learn and grow as a professional and as a person.
