Monthly Remittances & Reconciliation of Direct & Indirect Taxation (TDS, Service Tax, GST & Sales Tax)• E-filling of TDS & GST returns on Quarterly and Monthly basis.• Uses spread sheets to develop understanding of quantitative issues and operations reports.• Assistance in preparing quarterly financial statement as per Latest Practice.• Handling the team of 4-5 persons for executing the vendors Payment for Purchase of Input Products• Prepare monthly Budget statements, various MIS reports, analysis of variances of actual disbursement from budget and facilitate managerial decisions.• Responsible for monitoring trial balance for monthly as well as quarterly closing.• Monitor age-wise debtor and creditor balance, security ledger & credit control.• Coordination with other sections for finalization of accounts timely.• Responsible for answering Internal & statutory Auditors Quarries.• Reply to the various Tax authorities viz Income Tax, Sales Tax & Service Tax Dept etc• Coordination with Internal as well as Statutory Auditors.Audits & Analysis of Purchase Proposal received through tendering process.• Negotiations with various vendors for cost cutting.• Uses spread sheets to develop understanding of various Purchase Data• Market Analysis of Prices received in tender.• Ensuring Compliance to Company Purchase Policies and other Applicable Govt. Circulars regardingprocurement.• Ensure EOQ and Material Availability timely for Production at unit Level.
