As a Dealer Service Representative for Komatsu and Clark, I worked with the dealerships to solve issues between the factory and the dealers. I also visited customers, with Service Managers,Mechanics and Sales to resolve issues that developed occasionally. I also made customer visits with dealer Sales people to answer operation and maintenance questions when the customer brought their Technican to the meetings.As the trainer for Clark, I was fortunate enough to travel worldwide performing various training classes for both Mechanic and Sales people. I spent three (3) months in Warri Nigeria for the Nigerian Government, Three (3) months in Mexico at the Ford Hermosillo plant and a month in central China at Citron Auto, performing maintenenace classes and helping to keep the equipment running during startup of these facilities. I also performed mechanic training classes across South America, the Carribbean, Canada and The US. I performed in numerous video programs for maintenence and operator safety, and I got to do Operator Training classes for Maersk shipping...on numerous USNS class ships. I would like to finish up my career in the Material Handling field and I feel that my experience could be a valuable asset.Specialties: Excellent communication skills.
