John is a trial attorney in the Litigation practice group and assists clients resolve disputes that they encounter in business. John has experience with business disputes of all types, with particular expertise in Intellectual Property Litigation; Complex Business Dispute; and Antitrust and Trade Regulation. Mr. Lee's previous legal experience includes serving in the United States Department of Justice as a Trial Attorney in the Environmental & Natural Resources Division and as Special Assistant to the Counsel to Attorney General Janet Reno. He also has served as an Adjunct Professor and guest lecturer of antitrust law at The John Marshall Law School and has co-authored “Franchising: Antitrust Consideration,” Chapter 9 in the Matthew Bender treatise, Antitrust Counseling and Litigation Techniques. John is the President of the Board of Directors of CARPLS (Coordinated Advice and Referral Program for Legal Services), a legal services organization based in Cook County, Illinois, that provides advice to low-income individuals. He also serves as the President of the Board of Directors of Asian Human Services, the Midwest's largest social services agency focused on meeting the needs of recent Asian immigrants and is a member of the Board of the Asian American Bar Association.
