I conducted screenings and in-depth interviews with potential volunteers and families for the community-based program. After I assisted with reference checks for potential volunteers and the volunteers were enrolled, I facilitated the orientation with the both the volunteers and the children. As part of this process I was also responsible to recruit potential children for the community-based program.
