• In charge of all events related activities.• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects from inception to completion.• Collaborate with Media Sales team to craft client campaigns to drive sales, and manage end to end marketing of projects.• Work with Agent Sales team to create monthly promotions and oversee the full marketing process.• Liaise with Agent Sales team to ensure that proper communication materials of internal product updates and monthly promotions are disseminated.• Create creative briefs for our internal designers to work on marketing assets.• Work with wider team to create marketing proposals, inclusive of (but not limited to) timelines, budgets, venues, & manpower planning.• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.• Collaborate with external partners to execute joint marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and product usage.• Facilitate scaling of brand via online and offline campaigns.• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

• Overall in-charge of company wide events-related activities.• Work with Media Sales and Brand team to create proposals of small to large scale events.• Manage timelines, budgets, venues, staffing, and other related factors.• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.• Work closely with the Brand team to ensure brand consistency across all events touchpoints via tone, voice and terminology.• Partner with Brand team to drive all pre and post-marketing for Events.• Engage pre and post-event evaluations and reporting, with improvement plans for subsequent events.• Work alongside Brand & Marketing team for ad-hoc responsibilities or projects needed in the continuous growth of the overall brand.
