Managing a sales team, my role was to help them convey the message of OnSkil to HR, Talent Acquisition, and DEI professionals. Additionally, using my background and experience in HR, I took the lead on demos and pitches so that potential businesses can see the many benefits of using an inclusive platform for their tech recruitment.

Managing a small internal recruitment team, I shaped and guided the global recruitment and talent attraction strategies at World Animal Protection. I also provided strategic and operational support on all recruitment aspects to managers and colleagues internationally.

I was recruited by World Animal Protection to initially look after recruitment for their International and UK offices. In this stand-alone position, I worked with hiring managers and the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes that improve cost, reduce bias and improve quality.

At Informa BI I was responsible for recruiting in the areas of consulting, sales and marketing globally for the business.

Heading up a small team of recruiters I led the sourcing of Sales and Marketing professionals for the events and publishing industries in the UK, Europe and APAC.

At Hays Recruitment I was in the Property and Surveying team where I was responsible for permanent General Practice Surveying appointments in Central London.
