I also prepared important documents such as MSTs, ITPS, commissioning submittals, O&M manuals, training manuals, and handover work packs.In addition to my technical responsibilities, I was also committed to safety and compliance management and played a key role in the erection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of various systems, including Aviation Fuel Hydrant Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, PA and plant systems, Substations, Pump Houses, and Generator Plants. I reported directly to the Project Manager and led a team of 15.As the Estimation & Execution Engineer, I was responsible for preparing tender documents in accordance with the client's specifications, as well as costing and acquiring competitive rates for firefighting equipment, pumps, pipes, valves, fire pump panels, and fire alarm systems for material supply. I was also tasked with executing work according to the schedule and attending weekly meetings with the client to ensure the project was meeting its Key Performance Matrices.I have a strong background in supervising and inspecting firefighting systems and utility buildings. I was able to lead and motivate teams in project execution, including commissioning, planning, and scheduling. My extensive knowledge of fire fighting and fire alarm systems, schematic/single line diagrams, and P&IDs, as well as my ability to review and approve designs for IFC and As-built drawings of airport fire fighting, fire alarm, and PA systems, were key to my success in this role.

As a Site Engineer at Firepro Systems Pvt Ltd in Cochin, India, I was responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems for various commercial and residential projects. During my time at the company, I reported directly to the General Manager and was in charge of leading a team of 10 professionals.Some of my key responsibilities included the installation of fire protection systems such as sprinkler systems for the basement and ground floor car parking areas, hydrant systems for each floor, and fire alarm systems for each floor. I was also responsible for the installation of pump rooms, preparation of BOQ and BOM, and overseeing the testing and commissioning of the entire system.In particular, I had the opportunity to work on two major projects: Puravankara Projects Ltd Project Purva Oceana and the Holiday Inn Cochin. The Purva Oceana project consisted of a building with a basement and ground floor as well as 12 additional floors, and my team was responsible for installing a sprinkler system for the basement and ground floor car parking area, as well as a hydrant system for each floor. The Holiday Inn Cochin project consisted of a building with a basement, ground floor, and 16 additional floors, and my team was responsible for installing a similar fire protection system.Throughout my time at Firepro Systems, I was able to develop a deep understanding of fire protection systems and their components, including sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire alarm systems, and pump rooms.
