Mrs. van Dijk is a pleasant person capable to work with different cultures and in different settings and with her flexible approach creates commitment and reaches the needed results. Her competences are: integrity, pragmatic, result driven, organizer and organizational sensitive, good, open and honest communicator (on paper and verbal), flexibility, analytical.Mrs. van Dijk has been involved in all environmental fields and specialized in water, waste water and environmental management. She has a good insight in the waste water profiles of main polluter categories, the related measuring, monitoring and analytical methods and techniques and the technical solutions that can be applied to reduce pollutants (WWTP’s or other dedicated techniques). She gained experience in environmental auditing, environmental permit preparation, environmental assessment, compliance auditing, monitoring, criminally and judicially enforcing permits and environmental levy systems. She has a thorough understanding of pollution laws in the Netherlands. Since 2004, she is involved in implementing the European Water Framework Directive in the Netherlands. She has good training skills and is experienced in the preparation of training material. She’s applying this as trainer for Geoplan, writer for the ‘Kennisbank omgevingsrecht’ and as trainer and facilitator of international delegations.Mrs. van Dijk has been much involved in the coordination of various environmental institutions. With her wide experience as a team leader and good organizational skills she can be an excellent manager of different kind of projects.Mrs. van Dijk has prepared and executed different trainings for different target groups. Topics of these training and presentations have been the IED (industrial emissions directive, on regular basis), water governance, legal frameworks, policy preparing and evaluation processes, waste water purification techniques, water education programs.
