I am a Partner in Cozen O'Connor’s Corporate Practice in the firm’s New York City Office. I focus my practice on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity and growth transactions, capital reorganizations, financings, and general corporate matters on behalf of private capital providers, private equity sponsors, and companies.
