Responsible for all aspects of a 120,000 sq. ft. cold metal roll-forming operation servicing the light gauge, commercial, and architectural metal roof and wall panel building material industry. Responsible for the daily operation of a 100,000 sq. ft. structural foam injection molding plant with 9 production lines and up to 160 full-time and transitional employees in order to meet the demanding quality and delivery expectations of automotive OEM’s and Tier suppliers. Direct P&L responsibility for all cost structure and savings elements of a $45MM revenue budget, delivering $12MM of profit to the corporation. Directed and initiated cost and waste reduction projects based on financial, quality, and product performance data. Provided key leadership during plant restructuring that resulted in reducing fixed and variable costs by $2.5MM. Managed and played key roles in transition activities after being purchased by Orbis including integration of HR policies and procedures, facility expansion, conversion to SAP MRP system, and ISO-9000:2000 recertification.

Ensured continued compliance and registration of an ISO-9000:2000 registered facility, later becoming TL-9000 ver. 2.5 and ver. 3.0 compliant to meet business sector specific requirements.
