I help people discover endless gelato world, by trying to bring more gelato culture to Norway.After 10+ years in a big commercial company, on site I started to learn about wines. This passion grow up to the business. Sommelier school for 2 years and running own wine bar for the next 3 years, and catering company with different exiting collaborations.And very accidentally I discovered the world of gelato. So it is not surprise that I'm working now as a gelatiere for myself. And I love it!I have an economical background and it helps me to think rationally.I believe that food is a very important part of our culture. Education about food should be available for everyone, especially in the schools. Food culture should become important place in everyones life, everyones who cares about self improvement. I love meeting new people and learning new things, get into new projects, face new chalanges. I believe that is most important part of business development nowadays. I am also focused on putting my passion skills to good use by supporting different organizations, slow food movements, festivals and projects that I really care about.
