Initiated a Major Donor Programme including a baseline study (qualitative and quantative with interviews of current high value donors), job description of MD fundraiser, internal capacity bui9lding and organisational change and a three year workplan. All High Value donors were invited to the World Aids Day conference in Amsterdam.
