Creative Director
Current• Lead creative strategy and maintain an elevated aesthetic for all assets, lead creative ideation, and brainstorming sessions• Manage, oversee, and maintain best practices for the team's internal creative infrastructure• Manage brand identity and ensure brand is articulated consistently across all deliverables• Create and maintain brand style guide, toolkits, templates, and other brand materials• Lead content creator who is focused on driving results and fundraising, create marketing collateral including videos, animations, infographics, social/digital assets, brochures, infographics and fact sheets• Special focus area is creating videos that raise awareness about ALS and fundraise for the association; can complete each step of the video creation process: director, producer, interviewer, cinematographer, editor, animator• Lead the creative team and influence creative assets in various formats, from integrated campaigns, website, video, and marketing engagement collateral; continually focused on process improvement and performance efficiency• Work closely with the director of content to help influence voice and tone of campaigns• Partner with stakeholders, project managers to understand the creative brief, inputting ideas that strengthen outcomes• Build relationships with internal and external partners and departments, influence the output of creative assets
