• Head of finance in Far East region and oversee all aspects of finance & accounting functions of the region, across 10 plus countries and 4 legal entities. Assign targets to countries after management review• Liaise with headquarter on forecast process, target setting and support variance analysis on APAC financials• Support management on different kinds of decision making, including by market and by segment profitability analysis and restructuring • Manage direct reports and deliver team’s objectives

• Manage and lead the production of the strategic plan, budget and quarterly forecasts for whole Asia business• Lead monthly reports and variance analysis process, identifying key focus areas for management• Develop materials, prepare standard and relevant ad-hoc analysis for senior management presentations, discussions and reviews• Provide analytical support and suggestions regarding the development of planning systems, processes and outputs• Work with the accounting teams to ensure integrity and relevance of management accounts• Ensure assigned business groups are clearly communicated on forecasts, results and related process plans/deadlines.• Provide ad-hoc analysis like real estate analysis and other capex analysis.• Manage direct report and deliver stated objectives.
