•Formulating IT policies and operation procedure within the Asia Pacific(APAC) region•Manage business risk, setup governance framework and ensure compliance associated with the deployment and use of technology with in-depth knowledge of information systems and security control concepts for highly complex enterprise applications.•Facilitate internal and external audit activities and perform audit activities in the APAC region as needed basis. •Good SAP knowledge in the following area from the IT Compliance Perspective: SAP FI, AR, AP, PS, FA, PP, MM, HR•Project Manager for SAP GRC RAR Implementation across APAC region through an outsource vendor model (Deloitte) with a CAPEX values of USD750k. Critical project lifecycle tasks include RFQ creation, vendor evaluation, pricing negotiation, contract management, vendor relationship building to system implementation. •Coach project team member and other department group to take on new responsibilities and ensuring optimum performance in the course of handover. •Lead in annual operating budgetary planning for the IT Organization in APAC region. Provide pro-active monitoring on budget overspent.•Lead the global IT Business Process Standardization as the APAC representative using ITIL best practices for Service Transition and Service Delivery. •Task to assist the Business Continuity Planning Workgroup for Singapore. Work with various business team members to formulate a “living” disaster recovery plan. Present overall plan to the local key stakeholder for buy-in, which was translated to a physical mock exercise. •Excellent relationship management skills at all levels including vendor management.•Conducted training, walk-through and workshop to various group of users across the APAC region. •A team player who is resourceful, problem solver and having good interpersonal skills, and has developed excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
