Coach and develop the sales representative team to consistently deliver the company sales process.• Organize and collect daily and weekly progress reports for improved efficiency.• Execute floor leadership—own and manage the sales floor with the store manager; greet allcustomers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, including answering phones and directing customer inquiries.• Coach and develop sales representatives in assessing customer needs and right fitting the customer with a complete solution.• Work with store manager in opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, protecting assets of the store including but not limited to cash handling and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
