I run my own business with the emphasis on designing and facilitating coaching and leadership courses for a range of organisations in health, education and business. Coaching is particularly effective at exploring behaviours especially at a senior level.My main goal is to continue to make a difference to people in understanding the importance of positive behaviours and the fact that they can do something about it. I have a particular interest in using coaching to help GPs in the NHS.I am also an open water endurance swimmer aiming to swim the English Channel in 2020. Being involved in this type of activity has given me a greater understanding about focus, development, dealing with adversity, setting realistic goals and performing whilst under stress.Specialties: Development and executive coaching in medicine, education and business.
